Payments are in USD via Paypal. Please do not send early payment until notified. No refunds.

Before starting, I will confirm any details you have sent me via the provided form. Once you have confirmed that the details are correct, I will send you your invoice/receipt and start working with your commission.

Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to or below $100.

For amounts greater than $100 USD, at least 50% must be paid upfront before I start working on your commission.

After payment is received, I will send draft sketches for your approval or adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process a few times until completion.

Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. pose change), I may charge an extra fee.

Pricing may vary depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.

A commission may take up to 1-4 weeks to be done. If delays arise, you will be notified.

My works are for personal use only. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc.

Clients are strictly forbidden from using any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency or machine learning.

You will retain the rights to your characters if they are yours.

As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork e.g. posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.

If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra fee may be charged.

You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.

You are not allowed to alter my work in any way without my permission.

I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
